Performers

Jake Oldershaw is a performer, deviser and musician. He has worked with KAOS Theatre, Wendy Houston, Stan’s Cafe, Reckless Sleepers. Outside of theatre Jake has collaborated with musicians Metamatics and COEM and studied Bulgarian folk song with Kremena Stancheva of Voix Mystere des Bulgaires. jake has also been developing his photographic work (click here to view)

Derek Nisbet Composer /musician specializes in creating music for unusual situations , and his work includes a piece for cathedral organ to accompany a tightrope walk, a score for a performance in an underground car-park and a work for telephone answering machine. He is one third of the acclaimed company of artists Talking Birds.

Johnny O' Hanlan is a Birmingham based artist and spends half his time in schools working with the children of the city enjoying the magic of visual arts. Johnny is also the founder HamFisted! an experimental arts company that produces live theatre, interactive interventions and visual arts projects, in conventional and unconventional spaces, all with the aim of putting smiles on people's faces. His work has been shown at Warwick Arts Centre, MAC, The Custard Factory, ArtsFest, Edinburgh Fringe & BAC.

Craig Stephens is a performer and writer. He has worked for a number of theatre companies including Insomniac Productions, The Resurrectionists, Talking Birds and Plane Performance. He is currently a member of Stan's Cafe Theatre Company. Writing includes Radio Fortune (Talking Birds), Save (BBC Radio 4) and The Fiddle Fable (Ludlow Assembly Rooms).
